1) Increase your US buyer transactions or sales to more than 400 in 3 months period. This way eBay will look at your low DSR for the past three months rather than 12 months.

2) Experiment with listing low price products that buyers will hardly resist but buy and give you good feedback and DSR. This way any low DSR from other transactions will be off set by the huge number of happy transaction. Again make sure you list more such items more so that you can at the same time achieve our recommendation at point (1).

3) Start emphasis the importance and impact of low DSR to your customers. By allowing them to know that you are eager to work on any potential unhappy experience and make right so that they will still find the overall experience pleasant. Telling them to leave you 5 DSR is not enough as it is only part of requirement to be Top rated seller.
